Culture Amp is seeking a People Systems Analyst to act as the analytical backbone of the People Systems and Analytics function. You will support compensation analytics, modeling for Total Rewards, and deliver people analytics across the function.

You will design and build AI-powered workflows, own HRIS configurations, data pipelines, and downstream integrations for the People team, while documenting systems architecture and prioritizing automation opportunities.
