Douglass Hanly Moir Pathology in Newcastle NSW seeks an experienced Laboratory Manager to lead the Gateshead/Maitland laboratories. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will work across haematology, transfusion, coagulation, biochemistry and microbiology, manage staff schedules, mentor team members and collaborate with pathologists to ensure policy compliance and solid stakeholder
