We’re looking for an experienced, energetic Store Manager to take the lead at our Gelatissimo Training Store in beautiful Watsons Bay, Sydney.

But this isn’t your average Store Manager role!

Along with running a successful store, you’ll play an important part in training our new franchisees and team members, trialling exciting new products and helping bring our marketing campaigns to life.

What makes this role different?

Our Training Store is much more than a retail store. It’s where we bring the Gelatissimo experience to life for our new franchisees and team members, test new ideas and help shape what happens across our network.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Running a successful store, driving sales, managing costs and delivering great customer experiences.




- Leading, coaching and developing your own store team.
- Working closely with our Training team to provide a fantastic learning environment for new franchisees and team members.
- Supporting new product trials with our Product Development team. You’ll often be one of the first to try what’s coming next!
- Getting involved in marketing campaigns, promotional activities and operational trials before they’re rolled out across the network.
- Maintaining high standards in food safety, presentation, service and store operations.
- Making the store a outstanding example of how a Gelatissimo should operate.

What we’re looking for

First and foremost, you need to be a great Store Manager. Someone who understands what makes a store successful and enjoys being hands‑on with their team.
