The role supports agile and static security, ensuring safety and orderly operations within Bathurst, Lithgow, Macquarie, Wellington and Kirkconnell Correctional Centres.

The position requires integrity, confidentiality, and the ability to lead by example, with rotation shifts and mandatory medical assessments as required.
