As Midnight Cloud Chaser continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse who enjoys combining hands‑on clinical care with leadership, mentoring and service development.

This role suits nurses who value relationships, clinical autonomy and thoughtful decision‑making over task‑based care.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on, patient‑facing Clinical Nurse role with additional responsibility for clinical leadership and service development.

In addition to working regular shifts, the Clinical Nurse provides higher‑level clinical oversight, supports escalation and decision‑making, mentors staff and contributes to strengthening clinical systems, training and practice across the service.

This is not a purely managerial role — applicants must be willing and able to continue working directly with the client.
