This hands-on, field-based role will see you travel across our centres, working alongside educators and leaders to build capability, strengthen safeguarding practices and drive continuous improvement. Join us in strengthening safeguarding practices and creating safe, supportive environments for every child. **What you'll do*** Get hands-on in the rooms, coaching and mentoring educators to embed best-practice safeguarding.* Visit centres across Victoria to observe practice, identify risks and provide practical, real-time feedback.* Deliver engaging face-to-face training to build safeguarding knowledge, confidence and compliance.* Support services through transition, ensuring child safety standards and processes are consistently applied.* Partner with service leaders and operational teams to drive continuous improvement while maintaining a strong,
