As an Assistant Brand & Activation Manager, you are expected to support the development and execution of brand plans and activation programs that drive brand growth, consumer engagement, and commercial performance. You will work closely with Brand and Activation Managers, Retail Activation, Sales, Finance, Insights, and agency partners to deliver marketing initiatives effectively.

- Assist in developing annual brand plans and campaign strategies.
- Support management of brand assets and guidelines.
- Coordinate packaging updates, creative development, and campaign approvals.
- Monitor brand performance and market trends.
- Contribute to innovation and product launch projects.

- Support delivery of consumer activations, events, sponsorships, and experiential programs.
- Coordinate activation calendars and project timelines.
- Work with agencies and suppliers to ensure flawless execution.
- Assist in adapting global campaigns for local market needs.
- Support retail and customer activation initiatives.

- Gather and analyze consumer, customer, and market data.
- Track campaign and activation KPIs.
- Prepare performance reports and presentations.




- Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

- Coordinate cross-functional project teams.
- Manage day-to-day communication with agencies and vendors.
- Support budget tracking and purchase order management.
- Ensure activities comply with responsible marketing standards and company processes.

- 1–4 years in FMCG marketing, brand management, customer marketing, or activation.
- Experience supporting campaigns, events, or commercial projects.
- Exposure to agency management is advantageous.
- Experience within consumer goods, beverages, retail, or hospitality is often valued.
