V REC is seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a new business portfolio on the NSW Lower North Shore. You will onboard landlords, manage leases, handle inspections, coordinate maintenance, and work with a dedicated leasing and BDM team to keep vacancies low.

With at least 3 years of portfolio management experience and a current NSW real estate license, you will build solid relationships with landlords, manage arrears, renewals, and NCAT matters when required, while
