Uniting Vic.Tas is seeking a Team Leader to support carers across Victoria, coordinating flexible services that promote wellbeing and respite. The role involves travel between Blackburn and other sites, and developing care plans with families and carers.

You will work with disability, health and welfare services, bringing strong interpersonal and communication skills. A Victorian driver’s licence is essential and the position is a permanent full time role based in Blackburn, VIC 3130.
