Janus Henderson Investors are seeking a Governance Coordinator to manage Transition Services Agreement governance through the TSA lifecycle, coordinating across Operations, Technology, Risk & Compliance, Legal, Distribution and Finance.

You will act as a primary contact for provider teams, support issues, and maintain trackers and decisions across multiple time zones, including Sydney and Melbourne, with a hybrid work setting.
