- Should be able to execute mechanical FMCG - Packaging projects
- Should have very valuable understanding of Automation and latest technology used in packaging industry.
- Specialty in Primary Packaging, secondary packaging and End-of-Line (EOL) packaging systems.
- Should be able to createmanage Packing project Schedule for MachineLine installation.
- Should be able to work on 2D and 3D layout with Optimization of Human-material movement, machine and methodology study.
- Ability to manage client and vendor/OEM interaction and peer review on design issues during all project development phases.
- Should be able to understand machine operations and can analyse requirements and makes recommendations for improvement in processes.
- Tracking and Improvement of OEE of the Packaging machines
- Basic understanding of simulation software is preferrable for Project like packing line optimization.




- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Capable to defining or analyse the packing line requirement based on various SKUs or New products launch for the packaging line.
- Should be able to co-ordinateManage 3rd parties for any end-to-end solution to be provided to our client.
- Pack material and finish goods path optimization. Consultancy/EPCm experience in FEED / Detailed Design of FMCG Projects.
- Budget, schedule and risk management
