Queensland Government, through the Homeless Health Outreach Team (HHOT) within Metro North Health, seeks a Clinical Nurse to provide advanced clinical care to consumers experiencing homelessness with complex health needs. You will deliver person-centred, recovery-focused care and promote health equity in the community.

You will undertake comprehensive clinical assessments, coordinate care, provide education to consumers and families, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure secure
