Gough Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a well-maintained South Perth portfolio on a temporary basis, providing cover while the existing Property Manager is on leave. You will hit the ground running and maintain a high level of service across the portfolio.

Key duties include managing ~100 residential properties, lease renewals, inspections, and coordinating maintenance with the support of an admin VA. Western Australia location.
