nbn is offering a Trainee Customer Field Technician I role in Bathurst, designed to attract diverse talent and to develop essential field skills while earning a wage. The 12‑month traineeship leads to a nationally recognised qualification with paid learning and a permanent full‑time position.

You will work in the field assisting customers to connect to the internet, supported by experienced mentors, with a company vehicle, tools, and safety gear provided.
