Rec4Tech on the Gold Coast is seeking a Level 2 Help Desk Engineer for a full time, office-based role delivering remote and onsite support. You will manage Level 1 and 2 requests, assist users with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint, and travel to client locations as needed.

You will join a growing MSP with a friendly, learning-focused team that values accountability and excellent client service.
