We are Mallesons in Sydney, seeking a full-time Trade Marks Paralegal to help manage global and domestic portfolios, filing with IP Australia and IPONZ, and to support lawyers across a broad mix of IP matters. You will work in a client‑facing capacity and own tasks from filing to renewal.

You will liaise with clients and foreign agents, maintain records in WebTMS, assist with due diligence, and contribute to both billable and fixed‑fee engagements within a collaborative IP team setting.
