Alor Group is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support a high-volume healthcare recruitment desk on the Gold Coast. This permanent full-time role offers hands-on training from experienced recruiters and a strong focus on phone-based candidate engagement.

You will source, screen, and present nursing opportunities, create job ads, manage interviews, and maintain CRM records while working toward explicit KPIs in a supportive team environment.
