You will provide professional, client-facing technical support onsite and remotely for SME clients, troubleshoot a wide range of issues, and contribute to secure, well-supported client environments.

You will collaborate with the Service Desk, Projects and senior engineering teams, handling deployments, maintenance and tickets while delivering excellent service and explicit communication
