Zenith Hotels is seeking a energetic Head of Restaurant Operations to lead three distinctive venues across Shoal Bay and Newcastle. You will own commercial results, elevate operational standards and develop strong restaurant leadership across Atmos, East Pavilion, and Nonna Bizzarro.

Reporting to the Group General Manager, you will balance day-to-day operations with strategic growth, drive profitability, and inspire teams to deliver exceptional hospitality in a coastal lifestyle setting.
