Redpath Australia seeks a motivated Paste Engineer to design, plan, coordinate and optimise paste fill and backfill systems for safe, productive underground mining operations at Cowal Gold Operations.

This hands-on, site-based role works with paste crews and technical services to develop fill strategies, monitor infrastructure, troubleshoot issues and improve backfill processes to enhance mining outcomes.
