Health Infrastructure in NSW seeks an experienced Health Manager Level 4 to drive change management across corporate portfolios. You will translate strategies into practical change plans, coach senior leaders, and contribute to governance and reporting across projects.

The role is a temporary full time position, 38 hours per week, with remuneration of AUD 153,559–182,954 plus superannuation and leave loading. NSW residence or relocation is required.
