Deaf Connect in Australia seeks a senior leader to unite strategy, people, operations and student experience across the Beginner Courses. This full-time contract role is based in any Deaf Connect office, with a hybrid model featuring core in-office days and work-from-home options.

Reporting to the General Manager, Education, you will drive strategic direction, scheduling, workforce management and student administration, ensuring productive, sustainable and student-centred programs.
