Healius Limited is seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Leader to manage the day-to-day operations of a satellite laboratory in Burnie, Tasmania. You will drive high standards of accuracy, efficiency and quality while shaping workflows in collaboration with pathologists and senior staff.

You will oversee staffing, budgeting and safety, ensuring compliance with NATA, TGA and internal procedures, and lead continuous improvement across the laboratory network.
