Crown Resorts is seeking 3 x Soft Services Coordinators at Crown Sydney to support the cleaning, waste management and environmental services. You will audit, inspect and review service delivery, while partnering with contractors to meet KPIs and sustainability goals.

The role requires flexibility to work a 24/7 roster, including overnights, weekends and public holidays, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
