JRT Group in Yeppoon, Queensland seeks an experienced HR Administrator to join our local civil construction team. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and ongoing HR administration within a rapid-paced, growing business.

You will work closely with the HR Manager and operations to attract, assess and onboard a diverse workforce across civil construction, trades, plant operator and related roles. Experience with Australian employment standards is advantageous.
