Aruma is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead Practice Excellence, Planning and Clinical Governance. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you will shape frameworks, policies and systems to deliver secure, high-quality, person-centred services across a large disability organisation.

You will drive large-scale improvements, strengthen governance, and oversee customer planning while building high-performing teams and nurturing stakeholder partnerships across Australia.
