Fuse Recruitment is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join a food manufacturing business in North Brisbane on afternoon shift. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily production, drives team performance and ensures production targets, food safety and quality standards are consistently met.

The role requires 3–5 years’ supervisory experience in food manufacturing with robust HACCP and GMP knowledge, and a proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement.
