Caswell Drilling is a WA drilling contractor running RC and water well (hydro) rigs for mining and exploration clients across the state. We're a hands-on team with modern rigs and a solid focus on safety and looking after our crews.

The role

We're looking for an experienced S26 Supervisor to run our drilling crews on site. You'll be the go-to person for the client and the crew, keeping programs running safely, on time and to plan.

What you'll be doing

- Supervising RC and/or water well drilling operations across multiple rigs
- Acting as S26 Statutory Supervisor and meeting all site and legislative requirements
- Running pre-starts and toolboxes, doing inspections, and completing JHAs and safety paperwork
- Liaising with client reps, geologists and hydrogeologists
- Training and mentoring drillers and offsiders
- Planning rig moves,



mobilisations and consumable orders
- Daily plods and reporting

What you’ll need

- Current S26 Statutory Supervisor accreditation (must have)
- Proven supervisor or senior driller experience in RC and/or water well drilling
- HR licence
- Strong safety leadership and communication skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test

Nice to have

- S44
- Cert IV in Drilling Operations
- Dual rotary or mud rotary experience
- Dogging or rigging tickets
