What You'll Do:

- Maintain and build a high performing sales pipeline with reputable clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the industry.
- Prepare tenders, labour hire proposals and project-based solutions.
- Facilitate recruitment activities, and reverse marketing, of blue-collars and white-collars employees.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.




- Conduct candidate and client care activities and safety activities.

What You''ll Bring:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in account management (or similar capacity)
- Experience in the mining industry is highly regarded
- Proven success in winning & growing accounts within mining (or similar) industry.
- Ability to develop proposals and commercial agreements.
- Solid networking, negotiation and communication skills.
- Be able to client sites for visits, as required.
