The Role

As a Breakfast CDP, you will work collaboratively with our amazing team to create memorable guest experiences through a creative, and sustainability-focused setting. Who doesn’t love Breakfast! Full A la Carte menu, seasonally inspired.

What You’ll Do

- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with precision, care, and consistency
- Deliver memorable guest experiences through thoughtful and creative execution
- Know the menus inside out, taste, learn, and develop continuously
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised kitchen setting
- Assist with menu development and contribute innovative ideas
- Support sustainable kitchen operations, including stock control and waste reduction
- Work a full-time 38 hours per week

About You

- Proven experience in a similar breakfast environment




- Ability to work from 5.30am
- Strong cooking fundamentals and a passion for continuous learning
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and genuine love for hospitality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 7-day operation, including weekends and public holidays
- Aligned with 1 Hotel’s mission to care for people and the planet
- Culinary qualifications essential
