It’s where you put your feet up after a long day, squeeze everyone around the table, and sink into the sofa for one more episode.We’re looking for a Part Time Sales Consultant who loves people, enjoys a good conversation and has a natural ability to turn “just looking” into “that’s the one”.This part-time role offers an average of 20 hours per week, with availability required across weekdays and weekends.If you enjoy getting to know customers, helping them find something they’ll love living with and working towards a outstanding result, you’ll feel right at home here.What you’ll be doingHelp customers find “the one”Welcome customers and get to know what they’re looking forAsk the right questions and recommend furniture and styling solutions that suit their home, lifestyle and budgetShare helpful, accurate advice about our products, pricing, availability and deliveryFollow up quotes and enquiries and help customers feel confident in their choiceLook after customer enquiries with care and a practical, can-do approachTurn great conversations into great resultsWork towards your individual sales, conversion and productivity targetsConfidently close sales and introduce customers to relevant add-ons, packages and finance optionsFollow up leads and quotes to make the most of every opportunityCelebrate the wins while always keeping the customer experience front and centreKeep things running smoothlyProcess orders,
