Based in Canning Vale, the Perth operation supports approximately 50–70 employees across a range of functions including operations and engineering.About the roleThe People Specialist will manage day-to-day HR functions across the full employee lifecycle. This role requires close collaboration with local management and the Sydney People team, ensuring effective HR practices and compliance with Australian employment legislation.Key responsibilitiesManage onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processesProvide HR advice to managers and employeesInterpret contemporary awards and ensure compliance with employment legislationImplement HR policies, procedures, and strategiesFacilitate organisational development and people initiativesCoordinate payroll information across Australia and New Zealand using ADPMaintain HR documentation and administrationOperate as the sole HR representative in Perth,
