22nd October, 2026 Drupal Developers (APS6) - Federal Government ACT, NSW, VIC or QLD Multiple roles 12-month initial contract, with two 12-month extension options Hybrid Baseline clearance required Hunter Professional is looking for experienced Drupal Developers to join a large Federal Government department. You'll build and maintain secure, accessible digital services that meet Australian Government standards, including GovCMS, WCAG and the Information Security Manual (ISM). What you'll do Design, develop and maintain Drupal websites and applications Configure content types, views, taxonomies, workflows and permissions Carry out Drupal core and module upgrades, patching and security updates Troubleshoot defects, vulnerabilities and performance issues,



and support penetration testing and remediation Deliver solutions that meet WCAG 2.2 AA, working closely with UX/UI, architecture and project teams What you'll bring Proven experience developing, configuring and supporting Drupal websites and applications Solid skills in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and REST APIs, plus experience with version control Experience working in Agile delivery teams, with strong problem-solving and communication skills Knowledge of Drupal security, secure coding, DevOps or CI/CD (desirable) The ability to obtain a Baseline security clearance How to apply: Click "Apply" and submit your resume here.
