The Customer Service & Workshop Support is responsible for providing a professional and welcoming customer experience while ensuring the smooth daily operation of the workshop.

The flexible hours position combines customer service, administration, job scheduling and hands-on workshop support. The successful employee will be trusted to independently manage routine daily operations, communicate with technicians and customers, and ensure vehicles progress efficiently from initial enquiry through to final handover.

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - ALL TRAINING PROVIDED

Key responsibilities

- Answer incoming telephone calls and customer enquiries
- Respond to email, website and social media enquiries
- Provide accurate quotes using approved pricing guides
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Manage the ServiceM8 booking calendar
- Create and maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
- Confirm bookings and send appointment reminders
- Prepare job cards and customer documentation
- Process invoices, customer payments and receipts




- Coordinate vehicle arrivals and technician job allocations within approved priorities

About you

- Solid customer service and communication skills
- Confident computer and administration skills
- Ability to organize multiple jobs and changing priorities
- Attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping
- Ability to work independently
- Professional and friendly manner
- Willingness to perform practical workshop duties
- Current driver's license appropriate for vehicles you are authorized to move
- Commitment to workplace safety and customer vehicle care
