Bernardi Group seeks a Department Champion in Current South Wales to lead the store department staff and report to the Long Life/Fresh Food Manager. This role is Level 3, 4 or 5 depending on team size and location within the store.

You will oversee daily operations, staff development, and safety compliance on site. You will maximise sales by ensuring availability of quality products, maintaining cleanliness, and minimising losses.
