Outlook Australia is seeking an After Hours Rostering Officer to maintain service continuity from Friday afternoon to Monday morning. The role is remote with onboarding in VIC/NSW offices and involves urgent rostering, responding to staff sickness, and roster gaps.

You will record actions in AlayaCare and the afterhours spreadsheet, check voicemail each morning, and prepare the Monday handover for NSW and VIC offices. This is an on-call, versatile arrangement.
