About the role

We’re looking for a results-driven Team Performance Manager to lead the performance of our scheduling team in our office-based Parramatta location.

This role is all about KPIs, accountability and results. You’ll continuously monitor team performance, identify gaps, address underperformance and ensure business targets, customer KPIs and compliance requirements are consistently achieved.

Scheduling and dispatch experience isn’t essential. We’re looking for a proven people manager who knows how to drive performance, use data to make decisions and build a team that delivers results.

Key responsibilities:

- Monitor team and individual performance against KPIs and targets.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Hold team members accountable for productivity, quality and compliance.




- Coach and develop employees to improve performance.
- Analyse performance data, identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Report on results, risks and improvement initiatives to senior management.

About you

You’re a proactive, hands‑on leader who takes ownership of results and isn’t afraid to address underperformance. You’ll bring:

Proven experience managing teams in a KPI-driven workplace.

A track record of achieving targets and improving performance.

Strong people management, coaching and accountability skills.

The ability to analyse data, identify issues and take decisive action.

A results-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Experience in scheduling or dispatch isn’t required. We value transferable experience from any environment where performance, productivity and measurable results matter.
