Workfast is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Sydney team. This in office role offers a base salary of $95k–$105k per year, with uncapped commissions and a $15k car allowance.
The successful candidate will recruit blue collar roles across civil, construction, rail, mining, and manufacturing sectors and manage multiple client accounts. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years in blue collar recruitment and proven ability to win and grow key national clients.
