Milestone Health and Performance is seeking a Mobile Exercise Physiologist to visit clients in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne on a 1–3 day per week basis, with potential progression to full time. You will support clients over 65 under SAH and NDIS, focusing on falls prevention, mobility, independence and protected home living.

Responsibilities include delivering targeted exercise programs during home visits, maintaining progress notes, and collaborating with a small team to improve care.
