Samssons Projects in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to lead a portfolio of construction projects from letting trades through to final account. You will manage payment schedules, subcontracting, variations, procurement, and close-out processes, reporting to the Director.

You will administer AS4000/AS4902 contracts or builder's own subcontract forms, with at least 5 years’ experience on the builder side.
