You will design, govern, and continuously optimise the Service Transition practice within the Digital group, ensuring seamless lifecycle management of digital services.

You will establish and maintain policies and processes for transition, align with ITSM frameworks, and work with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes while promoting service
