MSS Security is seeking a Learning & Development qualified to coordinate and deliver operational and accredited training for our guarding workforce and client stakeholders. You will report to the General Manager in the Defence portfolio and drive exceptional customer service, proactive learning strategies, and responsive learning interventions.
This role can be based in ACT, NSW or VIC state offices, with regular travel required to client sites and other offices.
