Hutchison Ports Australia is seeking a Shift Manager for the Sydney terminal (Port Botany NSW) to oversee 24/7 operations. The role requires hands-on leadership of frontline teams, ensuring safe, efficient and productive performance across vessels, yard and landside activities.

You will work with planners, customers and terminal stakeholders, leading a large operational workforce and delivering outstanding operational outcomes in a dynamic setting.
