Southern Cross Care WA is seeking an ICT Support Officer to ensure smooth ICT operations across Western Australia. You will install, maintain, and repair ICT equipment and systems at SCCWA sites, and deliver prompt, accurate customer service while troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

You will report to the ICT Infrastructure and Support Services Manager and may travel to SCCWA sites. Location is Rivervale, WA, with after-hours support as part of the ICT team.
