CTO Consulting is seeking an experienced OpenText Support Engineer to join our team supporting a Commonwealth Government client in Australia. The role focuses on day-to-day SM9 platform support, CMDB administration, and continual system improvements while maintaining strict NV1 clearance.

You'll work across incidents, changes, and integrations, delivering stable, well-configured services. Ideal candidates have hands-on SM9, CMDB experience, ITIL knowledge, and robust problem-solving skills.
