Chandler Macleod is seeking an Operations Manager to lead housekeeping across a portfolio of 6-10 hotels in Australia. You will split time between on-site properties and regional leadership, building solid relationships with hotel partners and internal teams to drive excellent service.

You’ll coach Housekeeping Managers, monitor performance, and ensure safety and quality standards while managing travel between sites.
