This max-term, full time role delivers assessments and evidence-based interventions to clients in the community, with case management to maximise independence and coordinated care with the MDT.

The successful candidate will hold a physiotherapy degree and current AHPRA registration, a NSW Driver Licence and be able to travel within the community,
