Endeavour Group's Esplanade Hotel in Brighton is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team and deliver a welcoming, high-energy pub experience. This hands-on role includes working across bar, bistro and gaming operations with a robust customer focus.

The position offers a base salary from AU$80,000 plus super, a bonus scheme and group-wide discounts. A current RSA, RSG and RP badge is required, with physical duties including lifting and stock movement as part of regular duties.
