We are seeking an experienced M365 Platform Engineer to provide leave coverage within an established team, working across a combination of BAU platform operations and project-related activities.

The role will support and enhance the broader Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Entra ID and Intune, alongside tenant administration, licensing, Conditional Access and migration work. Project activities will include migrating legacy applications and content into SharePoint Online, managing permissions and supporting migrations using ShareGate.



This is a hands‑on platform engineering position requiring experience across at least two Microsoft 365 platform areas, with some L2/L3 support required when the service desk team is unavailable.

Your day at NTT

Provide day-to-day administration, support and maintenance across Microsoft 365 platforms, including SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.

Support Entra ID and Intune environments, including identity, access and endpoint‑related platform activities.

Provide L2/L3 technical support when required, particularly when the service desk team is unavailable.

Manage Microsoft 365 tenant activities including licensing, Message Centre updates, permissions and general platform administration.

Contribute to project activities including the migration of legacy applications and content into SharePoint Online using ShareGate.

Configure and maintain permissions and Conditional Access policies while supporting ongoing platform improvements, changes and project initiatives.

What would make you a good fit for this role?

Demonstrated experience as an M365 Platform Engineer, Microsoft 365 Engineer, Systems Engineer or similar platform-focused technical role.

Robust practical experience across at least two Microsoft 365 platform areas,



with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams experience highly regarded.

Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune within an enterprise Microsoft 365 environment.

Experience administering Microsoft 365 tenants, including licensing, permissions, platform changes and Conditional Access policies.

Practical experience with ShareGate migrations, ideally involving SharePoint Online, legacy applications or large‑scale content migrations.

Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder communication and autonomous working skills, with the ability to move comfortably between BAU support and project delivery.
