RPR Trades is seeking a reliable Factory Operator / Assembly Worker to join a busy manufacturing team in Condell Park, NSW. This permanent, full time role involves assembling products, operating machinery and cutting equipment, measuring materials to specification, and ensuring quality standards.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with a Monday–Friday day shift (7:00am–3:30pm) and opportunities to develop practical hands-on skills within a supportive team.
